I didn't mean to write about the goldfinch revival going on in the back garden. I meant to share an update on my Snail War. Caught very few to my dismay. I must find them, however, because the diet they prefer happens to be delphinium. But I love delphinium sooooo much that I just do not want to share. First thing in early spring the snails ate last year's plants. So I bought 4 new ones. Two days later Sparky (our dear little digging dog) sent those plants to heaven so I bought four more. This time I barricaded the planting area so that Sparky couldn't reach my lovlies. But dang if the snails didn't strike again. This is definitely WAR.

Stunning!!!
Lizza--I've missed all the latest here in my busyness! I, too, declare war on snails! I wish my girls were there...We've spent days and days and hours and hours trying to find caterpillars in our garden. But, I bet snails would do!
You're flowers are lovely. Beat the snails!
Really happy to hear from you again, Lisa. Have a wonderful family holiday on Easter Sunday.
And, Pam, thank you for the comment.
